The spring semester is almost complete and we wanted to follow up with our members and sponsors of the February 13, 2018 Annual Scholarship Event for Accounting Students held at Baylor University.  Jim Oliver, TSCPA Chairman and CPA from San Antonio was our speaker.  He encouraged the students to pass the CPA Exam by discussing career options and potential advancement as well as challenged them to work on desired skill sets requested by employers. He also noted that the CPA demographics of various age groups showed opportunities available for millennials.
