Young CPAs Free Luncheon - June 22, 2018
11:30 am to 1 pm

Lindsey Skinner and Scott Wiseman, the Young CPA Committee Chairs, will be presenting volunteer opportunities for Mission Waco’s Back-To-School Backpacks Project.  We will have several volunteer options August 2-4, 2018.
Last year, the Young CPAs provided over 1,000 backpacks in order to make sure ALL of the families could be served and students were ready for the all-important first day of school!

We are ordering free t-shirts for volunteers and you can sign-up to work a two hour shift.

It is helpful if you can RSVP for the June 22 free lunch through Eventbrite below by Wednesday, June 20th.  However, we welcome any walk-ins.  Bring your co-workers and friends!

Financial Disaster Plan
Between tornadoes and hurricanes (and sometimes both), all parts of Texas are vulnerable to storm damage. This was particularly evident last year after Hurricane Harvey caused widespread devastation throughout the south Texas region.
It’s always a good idea to put your financial disaster plan in place before it's time to batten down the hatches. Follow the link below for more information from AICPA.
